Calling all young creators!

Got a passion for skating, street art, or just love to draw? Here’s your chance to see your own design printed onto a real skateboard deck.

We’re inviting all under 16s to unleash their imagination in our Design A Deck Competition, running August 1st to August 31st. Whether it’s pen, pencil, paint, collage, or digital drawing, any creative medium goes. (Except AI art – we want to see YOUR hand and heart in it)

WHAT YOU WIN:

  • Your winning design printed on a real skateboard

  • A copy of your printed board to keep

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. Download the skateboard template (A4 PDF)

  2. Print it out, and create your masterpiece!

  3. Fill in your name, age, and contact details.

  4. Hand it in at the Pitt St reception by August 31st

Enter as many times as you like, the more designs, the better your chances!

TIPS FOR DESIGNING:

  • Think bold! Big shapes and strong colours work great on a skateboard.

  • Avoid too much tiny detail — skate decks are made to be seen from a distance.

  • Get inspired by nature, city life, skate culture, dreams — anything!

  • Mix media! Paint? pencil? Collage? Go wild.

Terms & Conditions

Open only to under 16s (proof of age may be required). All entries must be hand-delivered to Pitt St reception. Designs must use original, non-AI artwork. No monetary reward will be given, this is a creative showcase and prize based only. By entering, you grant permission for us to: Reproduce your artwork for promotional purposes (online, print, and in-store) Print your design onto skateboards for display or limited runs. One winner will be chosen by our panel of judges based on creativity and originality. Competition ends August 31st. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time. Winning designs may be shared on social media, with credit to the artist. The winning design maybe redrawn by a professional artist or designer, to make sure it is suitable for printing onto a skateboard. Designs will not be returned, so take a photo or scan if you want a copy!
